These terms apply to nationalcomputers.info and to every course, program and service offered by National Computers, Nandyal. Please read them before you enrol or send us an enquiry.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing nationalcomputers.info, enrolling in a program, or using any National Computers service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility
Our programs are open to learners aged 16 and above. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Enrolment and fees
We confirm enrolment only after we receive the applicable fee (in full or as agreed in an instalment plan). Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Seats in a cohort are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund policy
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your batch start date, provided you have not completed more than 15% of the program content. After that window, fees are non-refundable. We process refunds within 10–14 business days using the original payment method.

Rescheduling and deferrals
You may request to defer to the next available cohort of the same program up to 3 days before your batch start date, subject to seat availability. You may defer your enrolment once.

Learner conduct
You agree to attend classes, participate respectfully, and refrain from sharing session links, recordings, or course material with anyone outside your cohort. Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.

Intellectual property
All curriculum, recordings, slides, projects, and materials are the intellectual property of National Computers. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your learning. Reproduction, resale, or public distribution is not permitted.

Placement assistance
National Computers offers placement support – including resume reviews, interview prep, and referrals – to eligible learners who complete the program requirements. National Computers does not guarantee employment, salary, or specific outcomes. Career outcomes depend on your effort, skills, and market conditions.

Third-party tools and content
Some programs use third-party tools, APIs, or cloud credits. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. National Computers is not responsible for outages or changes to third-party platforms.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, National Computers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. We limit our total liability to the fees you have paid for the program in question.

Changes to the service
We may update curriculum, schedules, mentors, or delivery mode to keep programs relevant. We will communicate material changes to enrolled learners in advance.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh.
