Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data National Computers collects through nationalcomputers.info and our enquiry form, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

01
Who we are
National Computers, Nandyal ("we", "us") operates nationalcomputers.info and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our registered business details appear at the end of this page.
-
02
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the course or service you are interested in, your preferred branch, your message, and the date and time you gave consent to be contacted.
When you visit the website our server records standard technical information — your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking.
-
03
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your enquiry; to tell you about courses, batches, fees, admissions, placement support and our sales and service offers; to keep the website secure; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your information for any unrelated purpose without asking you first.
-
04
RCS, WhatsApp and SMS messages
By ticking the consent box on our enquiry form you agree to receive messages from National Computers by RCS, WhatsApp and SMS about your enquiry and about our courses, batches, fees and services. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier or data charges may apply.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to an SMS or WhatsApp message, or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect any enquiry or enrolment already in progress.
-
05
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services — messaging providers for SMS, WhatsApp and RCS, email and website hosting providers — who may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or by a lawful order.
-
06
Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies: a security token that protects our forms, a short-lived cookie that shows your confirmation message, and sign-in cookies used by our staff in the admin area. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, and the website's fonts by Google Fonts; Google may receive your IP address when these load, under Google's own privacy policy.
-
07
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are following them up. Once an enquiry is closed, it is deleted automatically after two years, or sooner if you ask us. Records of enrolled students are kept for as long as needed for certification, verification and legal requirements.
-
08
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Enquiries can be viewed only by authorised staff with individual accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and access to personal data is recorded in an audit log.
-
09
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to erase it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. To make a request, contact our grievance officer using the details below.

10
Children
If you are under 18, please send enquiries with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
