1. Services

National Computers provides the following services:

• Computer training and certification courses
• Computer hardware sales (desktops, laptops, accessories)
• Computer rental services
• Web designing and development services
• CCTV installation and maintenance
• Job placement assistance

2. Course Enrollment

When enrolling in our courses:

• Students must provide accurate personal and contact information
• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
• Enrollment is subject to seat availability
• Students must adhere to the institute's code of conduct

3. Fees and Payments

• Course fees are non-refundable after 7 days of enrollment
• Installment payment options are available for select courses
• Late payments may result in restricted access to lab facilities
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Certificates

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course
• Minimum 80% attendance is required for certification
• Students must pass the final assessment/examination
• Certificate issuance may take up to 15 working days

5. Lab and Equipment Usage

• Lab facilities are for enrolled students only
• Students are responsible for any damage to equipment
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the lab area
• Personal data should be saved on personal drives only

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain discipline and respect towards staff and fellow students
• Attend classes regularly and on time
• Not engage in any form of harassment or misconduct
• Follow all safety guidelines within the premises

7. Limitation of Liability

National Computers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of personal belongings within the premises
• Career outcomes or job placements (we provide assistance, not guarantees)
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
